If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from Shout Bouncy Hire should immediately be consulted.
Any person or organisation hiring our inflatable is responsible and liable for any damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Persons using the inflatable do so at their own risk. These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the inflatable, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Shout Bounce cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment however caused. Cash must be paid to the delivery driver on arrival, not after the hire. Please make sure the delivery driver has free and easy access to set up the bouncy castle and in a clean, level grassed garden area free of dogs’ muck. Shout Bouncy Hire reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time.
1. This castle has no age limit.
2. No one taller than the walls of the bouncy castle should be allowed onto it. This is due to safety, manufacturing and insurance reasons.
3. A responsible adult (aged 18 or over) must supervise children at all times whilst on the inflatable.
4. Please do not allow anyone on the inflatable whilst inflating/deflating.
5. Please do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step. The safety step is to assist users in getting on and off safely.
6. No one allowed to climb, sit or hang on the inflatable walls.
7. Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded. 6 adults or 10 children. Limit the number of users to allow enough room for each person to play safely. Try to avoid small and large people using the inflatable at the same time.
8. The hirer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described

10. No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment.
11. No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Shout Bouncy Hire in the event of damage.
12. No smoking, fires or barbecues to be used near the inflatable.
13. No pets to be allowed on the inflatable.
14. In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be

16. Water fights are fun but do not spray near the electric blower.
17. Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.
18. If the inflatable fails for whatever reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury.
19. Shout Bouncy Hire accept no responsibility to any damage caused to underground pipes, cables or services whilst anchoring the inflatable.
20. The hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment (accessories if supplied) and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition. Unless, he or she, brings to the attention of Shout Bouncy Hire when it is set up, checked by the hirer, when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the hirer.
21. If the inflatable and the accessories are dirty, damaged or any parts missing when collected the hirer is liable for the full repair, replacement of any missing parts and/or cleaning costs.
22. The hire period unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until ________ or after at the discretion of Shout Bouncy Hire any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £35 per hour or part of.
