HIRE VENUES:

All venues must be indoors with dry and warm conditions.****

 

HIRE SET-UP:

P A Systems must be set-up by SHOUT DISCO staff.

All large equipment hire must be delivered and setup by SHOUT DISCO staff. Other items can be delivered and set-up where possible for a small fee.

 

HIRE RETURNS:

Items must be returned or collected by 2 (two) o’clock the next working day. Late returns will be charged at the hire rate per night and result in loss of full deposits.

 

HIRE PAYMENTS:

All hire payments and deposits must be made before the collection or delivery of any items. The deposit will stay the property of SHOUT DISCO for up to 48 (forty-eight) hours until the hired items can be checked and witnessed for any and all damages.

 

HIRE DAMAGES:

Any and all damages to hire equipment will be recorded and witnessed. The customer will be informed of any and all

damages within 48 (forty-eight) hours where possible. Any and all damages that are incurred either by customer and or audience, either accidental or deliberate, will be payable by way of the full deposit amount of hire item.

 

VIOLENCE:

SHOUT DISCO will not tolerate violence. If our DJs or Staff feel there is a real threat to their person or equipment, the function will be stopped and all equipment removed.

Once you’ve chosen the SHOUT DISCO equipment that you wish to hire and all hire rates and deposits have been agreed with us, you pay the deposit to book your equipment for the date and function required. At this point you will be asked to provide proof of I. D.** And proof of residence*** under the same name. Mobile phone bills are NOT accepted. On or before the hire date or when equipment is received you will be asked to pay all of the hire fee. Each hire fee will be payable by way of cash, cheque or on-line. All cheque's* must be accompanied with a cheque guarantee card that matches or exceeds the amount of each deposit given.

 

*Cheque made payable to SHOUT DISCO

**I. D. Proof is Passport or Driving licence.

***Address proof is Utility Bill or Bank Statement.

****P A IP68 rated can be used outdoors as long as power and amplifier are in dry and warm conditions.
