You must have a good working relationship with the Venue operators and the function booker.
We want to see a professional setup with full sound and light equipment. All equipment out of it’s warrantee must have full PAT and documentation too.
Full Public liability (5 Million Pounds) can be supplied by SHOUT DISCO for all functions that you do in our name. If you have your own insurance it must be for 5 Million pounds.
You will not need a performance licence to work for us as we do private function to closed rooms. Any Public function the Venue must have performance licences in place.
If we don’t think you are quite ready to join SHOUT DISCO please do not be offended. We pick only the very best.
